Drop off and Pick up
Drop off begins at the 7:30am. Please plan to bring your child into our facility and sign them in each day. If you know that your child is going to be late, please call to notify the Director. In addition, please be advised that campers not arriving by 9:00 on a field trip day will be the responsibility of their parent/guardian for the day if departure has already occurred.
Structured activities will take place between 9am and 4:00pm.
Pick up takes place between 4:00pm-5:30pm. All pick ups will be supervised by a staff member. The only people allowed to pick up a camper are those who have been previously identified on the camp registration form.
During the drop off period from 7:30 to 9:00am and pickup period of 4:00-5:30pm, campers will participate in supervised free choice time. During this time, board games, paper games, and art supplies will be available. Campers will also be free to use their own portable electronic devices.
Daily Lunch & Snacks
Campers should bring lunch and snack for themselves packed in an insulated lunch bag with an ice pack. Every Thursday is Pizza Day! The cost is $5 and includes: pizza, pretzels, a drink box, and a popsicle. The money can be brought in with campers each Thursday.
Camp Cell Phone – Contacting the Camp Director
Each camp location has a camp cell phone. We ask that if you need to contact the summer camp staff during camp hours, that you call that phone. The phone numbers of these cell phones will be given out on the schedule that you receive every week. The camp director has this phone on them at all times.
NEW this year – Tae Kwon Do Class Credit !!!
Campers will participate in daily Taekwondo classes. Classes will be divided into low and high belts and will be curriculum based (similar to regularly scheduled TKD classes) three days per week. For registered TKD students, these classes can be used in combination with evening sessions to earn tips and continue their progress towards a new belt.
Campers need to bring a clean, long or short Taekwondo uniform each day. Additional uniforms can be purchased at the front desk. Campers who are not Taekwondo students will receive a uniform on their first day of camp.
We will take campers to a local park once a week. Transportation will be provided by a school bus service. Space permitting, students will sit one per seat and siblings will be seated together if necessary. Windows will be open. Additional field trips may be scheduled based on the evolving COVID situation. Please have campers wear their camp T-shirts, socks and sneakers for all field trips.
Summer Camp T-Shirts
Campers will receive a T-shirt on the first day of camp. T-shirts must be worn on field trip days and park days. Additional T-shirts are available for purchase.
Registration for campers wishing to attend on a daily (not weekly) basis will be accepted only after May 1st, space permitting. Registrants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Campers must be pre-registered prior to attending all camp days. This can be done 24/7 using our registration website. Makeup days are not permitted. These policies are required due to the specific student to instructor ratios that must be maintained based on the attending number of campers. There is a limit of 30 campers per day at each location.
Payment for camp will be charged to a credit card weekly. A nonrefundable deposit of 20% of total tuition is due at the time of registration with the balance charged to your credit card automatically on the Friday prior to the start of each week.
