Our martial arts classes for kids are designed to help your child perform at his or her own pace. In addition to Tae Kwon Do, our students learn to set and achieve their own personal goals. By learning perseverance and taking pride in their accomplishments, our students develop greater self-confidence and a positive outlook that extends into every aspect of their lives.
In each 45-minute class, students participate in a series of drills and skill workshops that focus on their strength, flexibility, and endurance while helping to increase coordination, reflexes, and athletic skills.

Our staff are experts at motivating children, providing encouragement and positive praise to help them achieve their personal best while still having a great time.
