You will gain muscle tone in your upper body from the repetition of punches and strikes. Every class includes stretching, cardio, strength, and endurance. I’ve been training with the Lancaster school for the past few weeks, and I am already seeing a difference. The staff are always friendly, instructors take the time to individually help each student and the adult class schedule is really accommodating. I enjoy going to class. I know I’m always going to get a great work out, no matter what!
